High intensity interval training (HIIT) is trendy for a reason: it’s got a lot of advantages. HIIT routines combine bursts of intense activity with set rest periods and have been shown to help improve metabolism and muscle tone and help your body process lactic acid. To top it all off, it’s a quick way to get a good workout in. Try this 25-minute routine led by our trainer Frankie.

  • Jump Squats: 30 sec.
  • Rest: 30 sec.
  • Hip Bridges: 1 min.
  • Rest: 30 sec.
  • Pushups: 30 sec.
  • Rest: 3 min.
  • Repeat 3x
