No matter how old you are, a trip to the playground can still be a good time. For this workout, grab a jump rope and head to your local park. Better yet, take a friend with you and assist each other through the exercises while you laugh over some good ol’ playground nostalgia. This workout includes cardio and strength training for your arms, shoulders, core, and back. Follow along and be sure to modify as needed for your fitness level.
Note: Access to a jump rope and a playground with monkey bars is necessary to complete this routine.
