Ingredients

Basic

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons lemon/lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Foodie

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3 tablespoons sauerkraut
  • 3 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning (sesame seeds, poppy seeds, onion powder, garlic powder, salt)

Californian

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 fried egg
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Directions

  1. Gather ingredients for your chosen style (basic, foodie, or Californian).
  2. Toast one or two slices of your favorite bread.
  3. Using a fork, mash the avocado and spread it on the toast.
