Basic
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons lemon/lime juice

Foodie
- 1 ripe avocado
- 3 tablespoons sauerkraut
- 3 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning (sesame seeds, poppy seeds, onion powder, garlic powder, salt)
Californian
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 fried egg
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Gather ingredients for your chosen style (basic, foodie, or Californian).
- Toast one or two slices of your favorite bread.
- Using a fork, mash the avocado and spread it on the toast.
