I just love the information that is in CampusWell. I struggle with some mental health issues but not to the point of harming myself or others. I get depressed when things do not line up and that interferes with my classwork. By reading some of the articles in CampusWell helps me very much. Thank you!

I'm a freshman at LBCC and let me start by saying that I'm utterly surprised about how great this really is. When I first got the link I thought it was going to be a cheesy website that was not functional in reality. However, I'm pleased to say that it is actually quite interesting! As I was exploring it I felt the need to click on all the headlines because they were all of my interest. I think the content that is being posted on this is very useful and very easy to access.
I love this!! It was a wonderful idea to make this website! Many students like me have not been able to fit actual classes about health and fitness into our schedules, and this is a great alternative. I personally think the practical information is the best info to provide each month!

I just wanted to express how helpful this month's edition of the health newsletter was for me. I wrote a blog post about it actually, but the gist is that I didn't realize how crippled I am by my need to excel and do things perfectly or not do them at all. Reading the article on perfectionism was the first time I've realized that my desire to do well might actually be hindering my success. After wrestling with the suggested next steps in the article, I've already employed one and found it incredibly freeing. I am looking forward to integrating more. Thank you for all of this!
While I see academics as a learning/mental activity, I still think the availability of health and wellness resources is valuable and the way it’s done here is accessible and useful.
I look forward to these gems. They are spot on as for topics a lot of people don't even think about until something is wrong. In our new norms we have to think about eating and why. We have to think about getting out safely and when. Keep going, I enjoy your stuff…
